THE LEAGUE FORMAT
|
24 teams have been divided into 4 groups of 6 each. Each team in a group will play all other teams in their respective group [i-e- each team will play a maximum of 5 matches] in the league stage. Depending upon their respective positions in the group after the completion of the league stage, teams will qualify for the GOLD, SILVER or BRONZE plate.
The Top 2 teams in a group will qualify for the GOLD CUP, the next 2 will qualify for the SILVER CUP and the 2 bottom placed teams in a group will qualify for the BRONZE CUP.

THE KNOCK-OUT FORMAT
|
8 teams will qualify for each trophy based on their group position after the league stage. The teams will meet in the Quarter Finals followed by the Semi Finals and eventually the Finals as under :
